Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping To You

Bob Stewart Art pays to pack, insure, and ship all original artwork and prints to customers within the Continental United States (Outside the U.S.? Please contact us for acquisitions). Original artwork will be packaged and shipped to you within three to five weeks after you've made your purchase. You'll receive a tracking number for your shipment to inform you when your painting will arrive.

Artwork Damaged in Transit

When your artwork is delivered, if you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open the painting and open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it. Please call us immediately if there are any problems (262) 719-2483. Be sure the carrier documents the damage. When these steps are not taken, we cannot offer a refund.

Return Policy

At Bob Stewart Art, customer satisfaction is a top priority. Before purchasing a large painting, you should measure your wall space to be sure you'll be happy with the fit.

If you're not delighted with your original artwork purchase, we will give you a full refund providing you contact our studio (contact form below or call 262-719-2483) and ship the painting back within 5 days of receiving your artwork. If you notify us after 5 days, we cannot offer you a refund.  

For a full refund, a painting must be returned in the same condition that you received it in, in the original shipping container, and be returned with all accompanying paperwork you received with your order. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We require that you use a trackable shipping service and that you purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the artwork (just as we shipped it to you). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Shipping Returned Artwork

To return your artwork, you should mail your product to: Bob Stewart Art, 411 Pleasant Street, Eagle, WI 53119. Please email us the tracking number for the return so that we can be present to receive and sign for the artwork.
